First things first:
We are a father daughter team. Dad is the muscle. When we need something built or moved or the shelves need to be stocked that's when dad steps in. He's also credited with coming up with our company name. Daughter? She does everything else, picking products, answering phone calls and emails, filling orders, marketing, etc!
The Cup & Mug Co. is based in North Carolina in a small town about an hour outside of our hometown of Charlotte. TCMC is a relatively new company, but we have been running our other company, Carolina Crafter Supply for quite some time now. We have a passion for what we do and can often be found working 7 days a week to assure that our customers have the absolute best experience possible when shopping with us.
