If you have a question you don't see answered here please email or text us with all questions and we will get back to you ASAP.  

1. How much does shipping cost?
    - shipping cost is determined by the order weight and destination.  To find out the shipping cost for the items you are interested in simply add the items to your shopping cart, proceed as if placing the order until you get to the page with the shipping options and prices.  If you wish to make your purchase you will then simply continue on and add all payment info, if you need to make changes to the cart items, shipping address or want to create an account you can page back to do so.

2. I just placed an order, when can I expect it to ship?
    - If you purchased any items marked as "sold out", "on order", or "backordered" your order will not ship until all items are in stock.  Provided none of the selected items were marked as any of the above, orders generally ship within 1-2 business days and always in the order received, but we ask that, especially during our busy seasons, you allow up to 5 business days.

3. My order was received and I changed my mind about some of the items, can I return/exchange them? 
    - You can return any blank items in new unused condition for an item refund within 14 calendar days of delivery, however, you must pay return shipping cost, either through the USPS, UPS or FedEx or by emailing us with the list of items you'd like to return so that we can invoice you for and then email you a return shipping label once you have paid the invoice.
     - You can exchange any blank items in new unused condition within 30 calendar days of delivery, however, you must pay return shipping cost and shipping cost for the exchanged items.
     *Please make sure that if you wish to do a return/exchange you contact us prior to shipping the items, and all items must be shipped to the return address shown on the shipping label for your order.  Your order number, your full name as shown on the order and items being returned/exchanged must be included in the shipping box with your items.  

4. Can I return/exchange personalized/custom items?
    - Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom items, unless there is an issue/error that occurred on our end.

5.  I just got my order and I have a problem, what should I do?
     - email us at thecupandmugcompany@gmail.com or contact us through the "Contact Us" tab on the website.  Make sure to provide your name, order number and details including photos of the issue(s) and we will work with you to resolve any and all issues as quickly and fairly as possible.

6. I received a damaged item, what should I do? 

   - Please email us at thecupandmugcompany@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. You must provide clear photos showing the damaged items received.  Based on the issue we will offer an appropriate solution whether that be replacement, refund, or item discount. You absolutely must contact us within 48 hours or confirmed delivery per tracking info. NO exceptions, otherwise damaged items must be returned in order to receive item refunds or replacements.  If it is determined that you will receive a full item refund or a replacement a replacement will be shipped at no charge with any new orders placed.  If you do not wish to order additional items we will issue an item refund.  

7. How long before personalized items ship? 

    - Please allow 5-7 business days for personalized items to be created and shipped. 

8.  My order has shipped, when can I expect delivery?  Is my delivery date guaranteed?

    - Transit times, which do NOT include order processing time, are provided when you are given the shipping options and costs in the shopping cart.  Transit times are ESTIMATED.  We cannot guarantee delivery dates unless you have upgraded to an expedited shipping method such as USPS priority express which has a carrier provided guaranteed delivery date.  Standard shipping options such as for example USPS first class, USPS priority and UPS ground do NOT include carrier guaranteed delivery dates.  Please note that per the carrier those services that include guaranteed delivery dates may also not be guaranteed for delivery by the estimated delivery date, and may be guaranteed for a set number of business days AFTER the estimated delivery date.  This is determined based on the service and carrier.  If you are unclear on which services include a guaranteed delivery date and what that guaranteed date would be please email or text us or check the carrier's website for additional details.
   - To further clarify please see the below example:
If when in the shopping cart you are provided with the estimate of USPS Priority shipping 2 day, this is a carrier provided estimate that once shipped your order would arrive within 2 business days.  Business days do NOT include the ship date or Sundays and federal holidays.  For example if USPS priority shipping is estimated at 2 days transit and your order ships on Friday the estimated delivery date would be Monday.  

9. Can I copy your listing descriptions and photos to use as my own?

   - No all photos on our website are either our own or are used with permission from the manufacturer.  All descriptions are our own, created from our words.
